Career Projects

Project 01 | Navy Leadership Training

I served as the Lead Instructional Designer for a Navy-wide training initiative titled Get Real, Get Better (GRGB). The training introduces GRGB principles through a series of instructional videos and interactive branching scenarios that reinforce decision-making and reflection. I designed and developed both the introductory and scenario-based modules, culminating in a certificate of completion. This training is currently deployed and in use across the U.S. Navy.

Tools used: Articulate 360 Storyline

Review the gallery for an example of the storyboard created for the branching scenarios for this project. There were five scenarios, each holding four to five branches. I created a total of 56 slides in Storyline.

Tools used: Camtasia, Lav Mic

Project 08 | How to enroll a mentor

I helped develop a faculty support course focused on effective online teaching during the COVID-19 pandemic. As part of this effort, I created a video tutorial demonstrating how instructors could add peers for mentoring and collaboration.
