About Me

I design learning experiences that bridge education and technology, creating online and hybrid courses that are both engaging and accessible. I bring over six years of experience in instructional design and more than a decade working in higher education. I'm experienced in transforming complex technical topics like energy systems and AI literacy into clear, interactive, and scalable learning experiences. My work is grounded in Universal Design for Learning, Quality Matters standards, and instructional design best practices.

At the Naval Postgraduate School Extended Campus, I design asynchronous certification programs and Navy-wide training initiatives, collaborating with faculty, subject-matter experts, and creative teams to deliver impactful eLearning experiences. Previously at CSU Monterey Bay, I helped advance faculty development and digital accessibility initiatives, using data-informed design, AI-assisted tools, and LMS optimization to enhance teaching and learning across disciplines.​
